Cancellation Policy
Booking Policies To help appointments run smoothly and ensure every client receives the time and care they deserve, please review the following policies before booking. Booking & Deposits A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance on the day of your service. Deposits are accepted through Zelle. New clients will receive the payment information after completing the required consent forms. Please note that appointments are not fully confirmed until the deposit has been received. Rescheduling Life happens, and I completely understand that plans may change. Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will require a new $25 deposit to rebook. More than two consecutive reschedules may result in limited booking availability. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in the deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required before booking another appointment. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. Because each appointment is reserved specifically for you, arriving more than 15 minutes late may require the service to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the remaining time available. In the event the appointment can no longer be completed, the deposit may be forfeited. Repeated late arrivals may affect future booking availability. Guests & Children To maintain a peaceful, comfortable environment and because appointments take place in a private studio setting, guests and children are not permitted unless they are also receiving a scheduled service. A Final Note By booking an appointment with Haus of Aurea, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. These guidelines are not meant to feel restrictive. They simply help me protect the time reserved for each client, stay on schedule, and provide everyone with a thoughtful and unrushed experience.
